Manufacture Dominique Renaud SARL is the controller of the personal data collected via this site, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Scope

This policy describes what personal data we collect when you visit this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and what rights you can exercise.

It applies to all pages on the domain renaudtixier.com, in its French and English versions. It does not cover third-party sites to which we provide links, which have their own policies.

The processing of your data is subject to Swiss law. If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the provisions of the GDPR concerning you also apply and are explicitly mentioned below.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider technically records certain information necessary to make the pages available:

The form available on the Contact page collects:

  • your first and last name
  • your email address
  • the subject of your request
  • the content of your message

This information is used solely to process and respond to your request. It is not used to send you commercial communications and is not added to a mailing list.

Legal basis: your consent, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to requests sent to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and f GDPR).

3.3 Resource downloads and email communications

Certain resources made available on the site, in particular press releases and visuals intended for the media, require you to enter your e-mail address before downloading.

This address is used for two distinct purposes:

  1. You are given access to the requested resource. This purpose is necessary for your request.
  2. to send you our news and brand communications, provided you have expressly consented by checking the box provided for this purpose.

Every message we send you contains an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@renaudtixier.ch. The withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of shipments made previously.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and disclosure: encryption of communications via TLS, control and limitation of administrator access, regular updates to the content management system and its extensions, and backups with our hosting provider.

However, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Rights

In accordance with the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected

10. Links to third-party sites

Our site contains links to third-party sites, including our Instagram account and press articles. Following these links takes you away from our site: your data is then processed there in accordance with the privacy policy of the operator concerned, over which we have no influence.

No third-party content is integrated directly into our pages. Browsing the site therefore does not result in any data transmission to external platforms.

Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. If you discover that a minor has transmitted data to us, please contact us so that we can proceed with its deletion.
